Sundowner Bar & Grill in Sedona

Not the best burger in town. It wasn't awful. A great dive for long-time locals. The nicest folks in the area! Small family owned for decades. Grab a beer and a smile. Small kitchen puts out standard American bar/diner/snack food. Fries, sandwiches, breaded mushrooms.

Been going there for years and years great burgers, drink,and music. The only thing that hasn't changed in Sedona. Keep up the good work. Lived seeing everyone after so many years.

The steak special was great. Very tasty and worth the price for sure. Got chicken wings also and they were great also. A little kick but not hot. I ate outside and that felt nice as the inside was too dark for me. People setting up to play music when I was leaving. Very good prices and very good food. All food in the photo with a soft drink under $20. Service was friendly so overall a great experience.

Ok. I'm pretty sure my opinion is fairly biased because of the amount of time I spent here thru out the years that I've lived here... but I have always and STILL love the Sundowner. For their steak sandwiches and beer, but mostly the awesome staff.

The food is really, really good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and the prices were very reasonable.

Locals dive, but wanted to take my group there to spread the love. I figure groups come through and eat at the big name places all the time. Server was a little stressed by us coming in at once, the regulars stared quite a bit. But a neat and friendly place

We were in town on our honeymoon , and ended up going here 3 nights out of 4. Great staff and friendly locals . And the food was delicious!! If you like a local scene when traveling, this is the place to be!!!

Best hidden gem and is hands down one of the coolest bars in Sedona, AZ. Their chicken wings are so good and don't forget about their fried Zucchini. Yummy! The bartenders are down to earth. Definitely stop by if you're near.

Drinks were watered down. I ordered a vodka soda which was $10 and just tasted like soda. My friends ordered two greyhounds for $5 that just tasted like juice. The service was not friendly. The place looked alright. Some of the other patrons seemed friendly.

Ended up here with friends after a long night hike because it was the only restaurant open in Sedona. We had zero expectations, but ended up loving it. We all got burgers. I don’t know if it’s because we were exhausted and starving, but it hit the spot. We all agreed they were some of the best we’ve had. The waitress, Tiffany, was also wonderful. If you’re looking for a no frills place to have a great burger this is it.

This is the bar where the local people of Sedona go. Most of Sedona is geared towards tourists and as such are expensive for local workers. Very friendly people. Like cheers where everybody knows your name. Full bar and kitchen. Lunch and dinner specials. The best burger in Sedona. There motto is "Sedona's only 5 star dive bar."

It's more of a bar than a cafe. Not sure what was up with our server besides being a little busy. Not very friendly to us. Served us our sandwich and fries but no ketchup. The other two tables had mustard and ketchup on them. Server just made us feel bad. I have know idea how this place could have a 4.7 out of 5. They must treat the bar people better.

Charming Dive! Stays open much layer than the rest of Sedona. However it's cash only. Look closely as its behind a few other buildings and it gets super dark at night.

Awesome little bar with casual diner style seating, good prices, burgers and sandwiches for $10 to $12, quality cooking and portions, chill bartender dude, great tunes on the juke box goin, cornhole outside free shuffle board!? What what chicken butt!? My kinda spot 🙂 domestics for $3, wish they had draft specials. All good

Fun place to meet eat and drink

I like a good dive bar, but no drafts? The food was expensive and small portions. 2 burgers and 2 beers = $35. Cash only sign is very clear as soon as you walk in, no complaints there. You could probably fit about 25 people in here, reminds me of someone's basement or man cave.

Just left for the 200th time. Best burger in town. Get the tater tots as the side. Anna Marie is a fantastic bartender.

Don't what to share this spot... But we had so much fun as it reminded us of a Northwoods bar in Wi.

Great no frills spot for cheap drinks and good food. The burger was delicious and the bartender was awesome. This will become a regular spot for me when I visit Sedona.

Well where can I start this place was great! First Our server Gabe was amazing! he always made sure we were good. Second the food was delicious. Also felt very homey and welcomed. The regulars even said hi as soon as we walk in. Love this place! Highly recommend!

Good food at a great price. The Burgers are good classic style burgers and the tater tots are amazing. cold beers and friendly locals. The shuffleboard table really ties the place together.
